Assignment Description: We are looking for a Senior Guidewire Developer to join our dynamic team What You Will Work On: Lead the implementation of the new cloud-based core insurance system, Guidewire InsuranceSuite, within our dedicated IT unit. Design, develop, and deploy robust solutions using best engineering practices and agile methodologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to discuss technical solutions and ensure alignment with business requirements, particularly within the context of the Mobility industry. Continuously evolve solutions over time to meet evolving business needs and technological advancements. Navigate seamlessly between different parts of the system to ensure comprehensive understanding and effective problem-solving.

What You Bring: Expertise: Certification as a Guidewire Developer with proficiency in at least two core applications (Policy Center, Claims Center, or Billing Center), including integrations and configurations. Experience: Proven track record in Guidewire InsuranceSuite Cloud implementation projects, demonstrating hands-on experience and deep understanding of the platform. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Java, Gosu, JSON, and REST, with a strong focus on test automation principles and methodologies. Methodologies: Good understanding of Agile methodologies and modern Software Development Life Cycle, with an emphasis on DevOps principles and technologies such as Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD). Communication: Excellent communication skills in English, with proficiency in Swedish considered a bonus. Education: A degree in software engineering or a related field, providing a strong foundation for technical problem-solving and innovation.
