We are seeking a motivated and communicative Project Manager to lead the execution of medium-size projects. You will be based in our Swedish office in Västerås or Ludvika working with the Nordic market for Battery Energy Storage (BESS). Your responsibilities You will lead the project team allocated to the project, motivating, and monitoring internal and external resources to accomplish all tasks and milestones. Monitor and control project financials, overseeing project invoicing status, cost, expenses, and cash flow. Identify, qualify, quantify, and manage project risks, and ensure that all opportunities are identified and pursued. Ensure that the project consistently applies contract and claims management, in accordance with policies and contractual agreements. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and effectively communicate with all stakeholders. Your background Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Swedish and English. Degree or master’s degree in Management Engineering or Engineering. Flexibility, proactivity, result-oriented and problem solving. Preferred if you have work experience in a similar role. Preferred experience with EPC projects Preferred if you have knowledge of the Nordic BESS market Knowledge of Office365 (Excel, SAP, Microsoft Project) Availability to travel
