Our client is one of the most well known and reputable airline companies in the world and is looking for new airline advisors to join their team of German speakers.

Requirements: Proficient in German language (both written and spoken). Strong command of English for effective communication. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the airline industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a multicultural and fast-paced environment. Knowledge of airline booking systems and reservation processes is a plus. Familiarity with customer service tools and CRM systems. Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends. Problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities: Assist German-speaking customers with inquiries related to airline services. Provide information on flight schedules, booking procedures, and travel policies. Resolve customer issues, including booking changes, cancellations, and refunds. Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient issue resolution. Utilize airline systems and tools to manage customer bookings and requests. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system. Stay updated on airline policies, procedures, and industry regulations. Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the overall customer experience. Escalate complex issues to higher-level support when necessary. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
