Northvolt has an exciting job offer for a Manager Engineering to join our Skellefteå team. Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to) • Manage Engineering Team, owning and driving the projects within the team scope, in alignment with the timelines and priorities shared by stakeholders & other teams. • Capture lessons learned, equipment requirement, validation plans. • Shared responsibility with other teams to propose and align on standardized ways of working and templates. • Handle all Work Packages, side projects and implementation - including manual, semi-automated and automated solution in design and delivery, all the way to handover to operations. Preferred Qualifications: • B.Sc. or M.Sc. in mechanical, chemical, industrial manufacturing engineering or similar • Extensive project management experience in demanding industrial environments • Experience from working in a multi-cultural environment • Technical experienced in development of manufacturing process for industrial manufacturing equipment • Excellent English written and oral skills
