Kitchen Helper & Waiter/Waitress - Seasonal work at a typical Norwegian mountain lodge.

Storestølen Fjellhotell is situated between Geilo and Flåm on 1013 meters above sea level with panoramic views to Hallingskarvet National park.

There are 6 apartments and 7 rooms as well as one cafe/restaurant on the premises.

During the season, we have a lot of visitors from Norway and abroad that seek the ultimate mountain experience with good local food, hiking and sightseeing.

We do have a holistic approach and have a lot of guests visiting us for yoga retreats, workshops in nutrition etc.

We are looking for a positive and service minded person for the 2024 season.

The position consists of:

kitchen help
prepare breakfast
waiting/serving the guests

Since we are a small hotel everyone working here needs to be able to do all tasks. You may have to do some cleaning too, when needed.

You need to be service minded. An experience in industrial or restaurant kitchen is an advantage, but not a requirement.

Language skills: Scandinavian or English.

It is an advantage if you like the mountain and beautiful scenery.

The work starts June 25'th and lasts until middle/end of August.
