Assignment Description: We are looking for a Senior Compliance Monitoring Engineer to join our dynamic team What you will work on: Managing the development, review, and approval of manuals, procedures, and other documentation related to regulatory compliance. Overseeing Authority Approvals. Maintaining a database of regulatory compliance documentation, including certificates, licenses, and approvals. Monitoring yearly audit plan compliance and audit findings closure in collaboration with the audit department. Developing and delivering Quality-related training to employees.

What you bring: BSc in Engineering or a related field. Proven experience in aviation maintenance, quality assurance, or compliance monitoring. Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Sound understanding of risk assessment methodologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Advantageous Experience: Strong knowledge of EASA Part 145 regulations and requirements. Familiarity with industry safety standards such as SMS, AS9100, ISO 9001, or equivalent.
