Assignment Description: We are looking for a Senior Civil Engineer/Lead (Mining & Metals) to join our dynamic team What you will work on: Coordinate and oversee building design projects on behalf of the client, ensuring adherence to specifications and timelines. Utilize expertise in mining and steel industries to contribute to the design process effectively. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to integrate design solutions and optimize project outcomes. Provide leadership and mentorship to junior building designers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Liaise with stakeholders to gather requirements, address concerns, and ensure project alignment with objectives. Utilize Sitebase and other relevant software tools to enhance design efficiency and accuracy.

What you bring: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in building design, demonstrating a strong track record of successful project delivery. Proficiency in mining and steel industries, with a comprehensive understanding of relevant design principles and practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders. Leadership capabilities, including the ability to mentor junior staff and provide guidance in complex design projects. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively. Familiarity with Sitebase software is preferred, although training can be provided for the right candidate. Willingness to work on-site in Skellefteå for a duration of 6-12 months, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to project requirements.
