Assignment Description: We are looking for a Senior Experienced PL within R&D to join our dynamic team What you will work on: Lead end-to-end project management for industrial heat pump project Adhere to structured product development processes Manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risks Coordinate cross-functional teams Utilize planning systems like Planview, Primavera, MSP, and Microsoft 360 Foster collaboration within the heat pump department and across stakeholders Implement project management best practices and methodologies Communicate project status, milestones, and issues regularly Proactively identify and mitigate project risks Ensure compliance with PMO standards Support continuous improvement initiatives

What you bring: Proven project management experience, preferably in industrial product development Familiarity with R&D methodologies Certification in project management (PMI or IPMA preferred) Proficiency in planning systems Strong leadership and communication skills Fluent in Swedish and English Ability to independently manage medium-sized projects Experience in managing finances, schedules, and resources Agile mindset with adaptability to changing requirements Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
