Responsibilities: Provide top-notch customer service support for users of the world's most well-known search engine. Engage with customers in Swedish through various channels, including voice, email, and chat. Address inquiries related to account access, search functionality, troubleshooting, and general navigation. Guide users through account setup, password recovery, and other account-related processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and provide timely solutions. Stay informed about updates to the search engine platform and convey this information to users. Document customer interactions accurately and comprehensively. Contribute to continuous improvement by providing feedback on customer trends and issues.
Requirements: Fluent in Swedish (written and spoken). Proficient in English for effective communication. Previous customer service experience is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt to evolving customer needs and platform changes. Comfortable using various communication channels, including voice, email, and chat. Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills.
