Below are the roles and responsibilities for delivery manager, Portfolio KPI tracking to ensure SLAs are met. Conducting governance with Customer to present the KPIs, improvement plans, value adds and future road map. Project tracking to ensure milestones are met. Sharing Industry best practices and aligning with customer on the implementation. Managing revenue w.r.to to milestone planned and forecast budgets. Forecast opportunities w.r.to portfolio to secure budget and resources. Internal governance with project team to resolve impediments in delivery. Managing client relationships. Ensuring compliance with service level agreements. Good softskills/Negotiating Skills. Building and maintaining teams. Continuous processes improvements. Identifying growth opportunities for the account
