About the role:

As a Business Partner at Philip Morris, you'll be integral to translating strategic visions into actionable plans. Here's what you'll be doing:

  • Collaborating with diverse functions to align operational and financial plans with local market strategy.
  • Providing insightful analysis to translate consumer journey data into actionable financial plans.
  • Generating ad hoc analyses to support decision-making processes and optimize ROI.
  • Engaging with Business Solutions teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and data modeling drivers.
  • Crafting presentations and reports to offer clear insights into business performance.
  • Assisting in pricing analysis and delivering recommendations to the management team.
  • Understanding the implications of regulatory measures on business performance.
  • Managing local data governance to ensure alignment with industry standards.

About you:

We're seeking a candidate who thrives in collaboration, possesses a curious mindset, and demonstrates strong analytical skills. Here's what we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Management, Economics, or Industrial Engineering.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Business Planning / Strategy, preferably in FMCG or consumer business.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English with excellent report writing skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with PowerBI is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with income statement components and financial value flow.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and logical thinking.
