About the role:
As a Business Partner at Philip Morris, you'll be integral to translating strategic visions into actionable plans. Here's what you'll be doing:
- Collaborating with diverse functions to align operational and financial plans with local market strategy.
- Providing insightful analysis to translate consumer journey data into actionable financial plans.
- Generating ad hoc analyses to support decision-making processes and optimize ROI.
- Engaging with Business Solutions teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and data modeling drivers.
- Crafting presentations and reports to offer clear insights into business performance.
- Assisting in pricing analysis and delivering recommendations to the management team.
- Understanding the implications of regulatory measures on business performance.
- Managing local data governance to ensure alignment with industry standards.
About you:
We're seeking a candidate who thrives in collaboration, possesses a curious mindset, and demonstrates strong analytical skills. Here's what we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Management, Economics, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Business Planning / Strategy, preferably in FMCG or consumer business.
- Fluent in spoken and written English with excellent report writing skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with PowerBI is advantageous.
- Familiarity with income statement components and financial value flow.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and logical thinking.
