We are seeking Customer Support Specialists to deliver top-notch customer service and solutions to our customers. As we continue to expand our customer base, we aim to onboard exceptional team members who can enhance customer loyalty and reduce churn rates. Your role entails promptly addressing and resolving customer inquiries using troubleshooting protocols across various communication channels (phone, email, chat). Building and maintaining strong customer relationships by addressing their queries with efficiency and professionalism is key. Responsibilities:

Provide consistent, timely, and accurate customer support with exceptional service Offer high-quality support by furnishing precise information using appropriate methods and tools Handle a high volume of calls, emails, and multitasking efficiently Collaborate internally across functions to represent the customer's voice to all relevant stakeholders and channel partners Cultivate partnerships and manage relationships to investigate and resolve customer issues Identify and evaluate customer needs to ensure satisfaction

Requirements: Native proficiency in Danish/Norwegian/Swedish Proficiency in English at C1/C2 level Excellent communication and presentation skills Experience in managing customer expectations and diffusing tense situations is advantageous Strong follow-up skills to ensure customer success and positive outcomes Ability to work effectively in a team setting Willingness to relocate to Athens with an EU Passport
