Our client who are a leading company within the fashion and retail industry is looking for an Organizal Developer to join their tech team in Stockholm.

In this role, you will work closely alongside various technology centers and units within the company. The aim is to secure an operational excellence by implementing effective organizational structures within different business units.

Your key Responsibilities:

Coach and guide managers. Facilitate organizational design interventions. Formulate decision proposals, align organizational principles and metrics. Analyze organizational data, apply strategic workforce planning, develop Job Architecture, collaborate with stakeholders, foster positive team culture, and create organizational tools and governance structures.

We see that you:

Have 3-5 years of experience in Corporate Strategy, Management Consulting, and/or Organizational Development, preferably with a focus on technology Have experience in project management Have a proven track record of delivering results in challenging and complex assignments

we are looking for you who:

Is a problem solver with great communication skills Have an analytical skill and agile mindset Likes to be updated on the ne technologies and trends within organizational development

this is a full time job based in Stockholm.
