Assignment Description: We are looking for a Senior XR Developer to join our dynamic team What You Will Work On: Collaborate with the Exploring and Enabling Labs team to create virtual experiences that facilitate understanding and interaction with future scenarios, products, and services. Utilize cutting-edge VR/AR hardware and technology to develop immersive experiences. Independently conceptualize and execute virtual experiences, focusing on high-quality execution and innovation. Continuously explore new software and technology to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation. Collaborate with other teams to develop Proof of Concepts that optimize processes and enable virtual validation and testing.

What You Bring: Proficiency in game development using Unity/Unreal Engine. Strong programming skills in C#/C++. Experience in XR development, including 3D modeling and XR application creation. Fluency in English (written and spoken). Human-centric mindset with a focus on fast prototyping and feedback loops. Proactive and self-driven with a passion for creative problem-solving. Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines effectively.
