Assignment Description: We are looking for a Senior Mechatronics Engineer to join our dynamic team What You Will Work On: Designing technical solutions for the Wipe & Wash system to ensure visibility hardware meets given prerequisites such as function, style, volume, geometry, costs, quality targets, and regulations. Managing networking across the organization and influencing work in other sites to ensure alignment with project goals. Daily interaction with internal stakeholders including design teams, production plants, and suppliers to coordinate project activities and ensure smooth execution. Taking a holistic approach by considering technical, commercial, and production aspects in the development process. Leading a cross-functional team to ensure component quality and overall compliance with vehicle standards. Overseeing the complete lifetime of components, from concept phase to production and aftermarket support.

What You Bring: Minimum 5 years of experience in the automotive industry, demonstrating expertise in vehicle knowledge and component development. Proficiency in Catia V5 with documented skills in using the software for design and engineering tasks. Familiarity with SAFe/Scrum methodologies for project management and agile development practices. Knowledge of Product Data Management (PDM) systems to manage and control engineering data effectively. Experience in supplier development to establish and maintain strong relationships with external partners and vendors.
