Responsibilities: Communicating through chat & phone with subscribers Answering how-to questions about payment Troubleshooting streaming and content issues Assisting subscribers with how-to questions & navigating on Netflix

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills in German C1/C2 English skills Bachelor’s degree (preferred) Minimum 6 months of relevant customer care experience General understanding of online marketing products/services being supported Excellent communication skills EU Passport Relocation to Greece
