We are offering a student opportunity to our office in Göteborg. Financial Assistant (m/f/d) With the scale of growth, our Commercial Manager has more to coordinate, correspond, prioritize, prepare, answer… - and it’s why we need you, who can smoothly help our commercial team, on an hourly basis, during weekdays, and also possibly full-time during school holidays.

What you will do: ▪ Support in daily accounting and reporting. ▪ Ongoing registration of customer and supplier ledgers. ▪ Reconciliation accounts and customer invoicing. ▪ Assets and internal orders. ▪ Assist with documentation for monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting and ensure that all financial reports are in line with applicable rules and regulations. ▪ Support budget and forecast work. ▪ Support our projects concerning financial questions.

What we’re looking for? ▪ Performing studies in the fields of economics, finances and/or management. If studying at an English program, it’s an advantage. ▪ Proficiency in MS Office (Excel), experience in SAP is an advantage. ▪ Disciplined and organized with the ability to manage and prioritize among many tasks, always with a team player attitude. ▪ Positive attitude: approach work with enthusiasm and energy. ▪ Problem solving: ability to identify and solve problems quickly and effectively. ▪ Get stuff done attitude: you are not afraid of rolling up your sleeves and getting things done. ▪ Constant Learner: actively seek new knowledge and skills. ▪ Convincing and strong communicative skills. ▪ Fluent in English and Swedish.
