Join our client's team and become a vital part of their customer service support to assist users and ensure an exceptional customer experience to the Turskish Market.

Responsibilities: Provide top-notch customer service support for users of one of the most well known social media platform Engage with customers in Turkish through various channels, including voice, email, and chat. Address inquiries related to account access, search functionality, troubleshooting, and general navigation. Guide users through account setup, password recovery, and other account-related processes. Document customer interactions accurately and comprehensively. Contribute to continuous improvement by providing feedback on customer trends and issues.

Requirements: Fluent in Turkish (written and spoken). Proficient in English for effective communication. Holding Portuguese Residence card or EU passport. Previous customer service experience is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt to evolving customer needs and platform changes. Comfortable using various communication channels, including voice, email, and chat. Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills.
