About the role

We are seeking a resourceful Product Manager to lead the development and management of our B2B lending product. As part of our B2B domain, you will drive the creation of user-centered, technology-driven solutions that redefine business lending. This role requires a blend of technical proficiency, human-centered design principles, business acumen, and leadership in transforming ideas into reality.

Responsibilities:

  • In collaboration with other Product team members, develop and execute product strategy for our B2B lending platform, focusing on market and customer needs.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and launch product features that enhance customer experiences and operational efficiency.

  • Utilize data-driven insights to inform product decisions and measure impact.

  • Engage with customers to gather feedback and identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of product management experience. Meritorious within fintech, payments, software, or financial services.

  • Demonstrated success in developing and managing technology products, preferably in the lending or financial sector.

  • Proactive and analytical approach, adept at problem-solving to ensure project progression.

  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with a track record of cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management

  • Empathetic, with a keen curiosity towards understanding the needs of customers and partners, prioritizing their experiences.
