About the job HCL Sweden is looking for a Technical/Solution Architect candidate who bring in-depth market experience in technology solutioning in LoB / vertical to be seen as noted thought leader in identified domain Detailed Job Description · Assess the domain landscape and gap analysis and contribute towards domain strategy. · Contribute solution ideas to the value of 2 – 5 mn or PoC development specific to domain. · Ensure knowledge upgradation and work with new technologies so that solution is current and meets quality standards and the client requirements. · Manage non-functional requirement adaptation for the solution. . Study and define system requirements . addressing stakeholder concerns. Skills required for the given job role · Create and mentor the talent pools in specific technology / domain to meet clients' resource requirements. · Upskill oneself with newer tools and technologies to recommend and support client’s modernization journey. · Acquire domain knowledge to understand the functional components to address customers’ and end-users’ pain points in any application. · Fill-in the knowledge gap on the legacy applications that has undergone multi-fold customization over decades due to mergers and acquisitions. · Create opportunities for new business within and outside of the current engagements. · Create and mentor the talent pools in specific technology / domain to meets clients’ resource requirements.
