The Role We are seeking an extraordinary Machine Learning Engineer to join our tech team. In this role you will be instrumental in developing cutting-edge machine learning models to push the forefront of digital biology. Your work will involve close collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, combining insights from biochemistry and software development to create real-world impact. Key Responsibilities Develop and enhance state of the art machine learning models, such as, protein language models and geometric ML models Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including founders, biochemists, molecular biologists, data scientists, and fellow software developers. Drive cutting-edge innovation and ensure best practices in ML development and implementation.

Qualifications Advanced degree (PhD or equivalent experience) in Engineering, Natural Sciences, or a related field. Proven experience in machine learning, particularly with language models and/or graph neural networks. Strong programming skills, preferably in Python. Experience with biological data is ideal, but not required. Effective communication skills, able to work collaboratively with both technical and scientific teams. Ability to own your work and drive outcomes in a fast-paced, interdisciplinary environment.
