Responsibilities: Lead and inspire a team of customer service representatives to achieve and exceed performance targets. Provide coaching, mentorship, and ongoing training to team members. Ensure the delivery of high-quality customer service in Dutch, maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty. Handle escalated customer inquiries and ensure prompt resolution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience. Monitor team performance, analyze data, and implement strategies for continuous improvement. Act as a point of contact between the team and management, providing regular updates on team performance and challenges. Foster a positive and inclusive team culture that promotes collaboration and excellence.
Requirements: Fluent in Dutch (written and spoken). Proficient in English for effective communication. Proven experience in a customer service leadership role. Strong leadership and coaching skills. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with customer service tools and CRM systems.
