We are currently constructing multiple turnkey data centre projects in 7 different European countries, equating to over 430 MW of IT load in flight. We are pleased to announce that we are currently seeking a QA/QC Lead to join our team. This role will be site-based in Eskilstuna, Sweden. Below is a list of typical duties but is not exclusive of all duties that are required to be carried out onsite. Responsibilities · Planning and conducting quality audits and inspection to verify the implementation of quality control · Ensure quality management system objectives are achieved for all disciplines, CSA, Mechanical and Electrical. · Ensuring that the company's quality policies are understood, implemented, and maintained on-site · Generate project specific quality plans as per requirements · Ensure that all subcontractors' quality systems and plans are effective, acceptable and in accordance with our company Policies · Liaise with the client's quality assurance and control representative to ensure all potential quality issues are fully resolved · Ensure necessary guidance and input are provided to on-site staff for improvement to attain project feasibility Requirements Bachelors degree in Engineering or relevant area Experience in scheduling, programming, and sequencing Experience in effectively leading project teams is essential Experience in the delivery in Data Center projects Strong communication and interpersonal skills
